Worship Leader Coaching
The Equipped team of coaches will help you evaluate and re-evaluate your ministry through a personalized development plan. Through weekly sessions with your coach, you will develop the ability to think deeply about your ministry goals and biblical mission. You will grow in your ability to assess your ministry context in order to effectively communicate God’s mission to your local church. One of our experienced coaches will help you to define your gifts and passions, and help you to communicate spiritual, technical, and creative goals for your team.

On-Site Workshops
Our experienced coaches love the Church, and they have decades of ministry leadership, music production, and recording experience. They are experts in helping worship teams grow in their craft and leadership. Book an Equipped Worship Coach to train and equip your worship team practically and musically on-site. 1. Assess

2. Define
After your free 30 minute coaching session, you will be assigned to a coach. Together, you and your coach will build a comprehensive work and development plan designed specifically for you and your ministry.
3. Grow
Through one-on-one coaching, you will experience the accountability and support necessary to implement your work and development plan and achieve your ministry goals.
